Week of Awesome III - The competition Thread

Well this is the last day and we have been uber busy getting our game done so haven't had much time to do any posting. but here is our post for now we are still under development and hope to do some more polishing to this game. Right now we still have a several stand in models for the game but have been working on changing those our to what our artists has provided. Here is our day 7 post:

tutorial is pretty nice, and gives me basically everything i need to know. after beating that level though i can't move on(i launch a new level and just get "you've failed europe" and it kicks me back to the title screen). one other thing is the fireball fires the way i'm looking, rather than where my mouse is, making it hard to line up shots.

I'm hoping it isn't the last as I have more work I want to do (Including a fix for Eck!) but I'm tired and running out of time, so getting a version uploaded now just in case.

Hey guys, I've got version 0.1.0 of my game ready. This will be my final entry for now, but I'm also still tweaking some textures and levels so there might still be a version 0.1.1 coming up.

yes they are going to be compiled again.

Still building... holy fuck! this is no good!

New build here

Changes:

Added two levels based off level0, But with more Enemies.

Added a bigger level with more enemies (Level1)

Added a "Chaotic Ball Carnage" level (Level2) - Starts with 86 tanks(the ones that fire at you) and 48 mines on a map that is twice as large as the others.

And another harder version of level0 called Level3.

Improved the performance a tad by cloning the materials and geometry for the bullets and players.

(in C-Sec Turian requisition officer voice) <- That was from "Mass Effect" if you didn't know :)
