I wrote ray tracers on the Amiga 14 years ago. I coded the back propogation learning algorithm for neural networks on the Amiga and PC about 11 years ago after studying the cognitive science book by the guys who designed the algorithm. I was writing little crap text adventures which I never completed on the Apple II computer 18 years ago.

I''ve done hell of alot of other stuff since then. But I have never written a full fledged game. Does that mean I don''t get my 4 stars?

Oh, I hear you Bishop... I hear you!!!

I wrote a Lunar lander for the ZX81 about 18 years ago, Donkey Kong on a Microbee about 17 years ago... I helped write some really bad text-based RPGs on an Apple IIe in high school eons ago... is there a category for me too? How about "OTH"?

I'm a level 5 in office software.
[had a job offer for Program Manager - Microsoft Word team about a year ago, so no, I'm not bragging.]

But as far as games go, I'm just a graphics guy (I do graphics research for my PhD)... I've never finished a game yet. It nags at me everyday, but one can't do everything

People might not remember what you said, or what you did, but they will always remember how you made them feel.

As an interactive 3d programmer, a 5.

if you like programming, you like maths, you just don't know it yet

Lol *pretending to look insulted*, I made a spinning cube with transparency the first day that I started screwing around with OpenGL....

I have no clue where I fit in that layout... Been programming since age 11, then stopped and did things like doom wads and netowrking, then back to now working on a 3d project, 2d and general apps, as well as being a systems admin.
