Main game loop and frame update now fixed at 60fps

Completely new control system:

Controls: (Simultaneous keyboard & mouse system)

“Z” = Thrust Left

“X” = Thrust Right

Mouse = for Up / Down and Fire (left click)

“Esc” to Exit

(Not compatible with laptop style touch-pads)

Requires screen resolution of 1920 x 1080 or better
