Drawing may help the career, but it isn't a skill you are born with. Its something you have to learn and practice. So if you want to get anywhere, practice the skills you are poor with.

A person who can draw well with inborn talents has an advantage - imagination. But still, when anyone can do it with practice. It takes practice and interest in the job.
