I am currently creating a 2D tile-based game. I am making my own graphics for the game (along with the help of a couple other people), but I was wondering if anyone knew where I could look at some 2D sprites that I could use as an example. This means NOT FF quality graphics, as I want to look at something that I isn't way above my skill level. I am looking for something like some of the graphics on this site: http://www.molotov.nu/?page=graphics Any help would be greatly appreciated! EDIT: And by sprites, I don't just mean characters only. I mean buildings, terrain, items, etc. as well.

Umm, this is probably really different from what you want, but I have a .ZIP flie of sprites I did for a top-down tank game that never worked out.

TankPackage.ZIP

There's a few ground tiles in there, but mainly, um, tanks. Go figure.

I looked through those a little bit, but most of them seemed to be just characters. I'll try looking again though.
