You northerners are lucky. Down here in Sheffield book stores don't stock interesting computer books any more. I haven't been able to browse a programming book for years. All they have is stuff like Windows XP for dummies. :o(

Is Borders in Leeds worth a 40 min drive then?
Pah, Sheffield is a sprawling metropolis, you should try finding interesting books in Suffolk.

Borders and Waterstones stock a good selection of books between them. Waterstones is better for AI, borders for the LaMothe series and Game Programming Gems.

Hey pan, I wonder how many times we've both been in borders and never even known - spook!
Congratulations Mat! I'm sure this will be a huge success for you... I'll certainly put a copy on my desk!

Cheers,

Timkin
Looks good Fup.
I have it on order from Amazon and should be delivered at the same time as my Banana Splits video... hmmm...could be a surreal evening.
Congrats Mat! :)

Great book :)
