FrontPage SUCKS.

By hand is the best, but I still use Dreamweaver

(Even setting up the page initially in FrontPage is a bad idea.. it''s almost like asking your grandma to setup your $1 million network.. she could do it (in a few years), but it''ll be a total mess when she''s done!)
