Help I want to lean how to program sound but there is a problem I know nothing on this subject at all, So having all the sb tech info doesnt really help me. I need some general information about sound programming not information that assumes you already know all the basic stuff thanks in advance.

Are you using DOS or windows? Are you using any APIs or libraries? What compiler do you use?
