Efficient enough

Switching to storing vertices apart from triangles, and a few other tweaks, has made the engine efficient enough for now. It isn't blazing fast but I only need it to be fast enough to not be annoying.

Here's a test that looks slightly more planet-like, but there's still a long way to go obviously!

It looks kind of like the Mystery Science Theater 3000 logo.

That's a perfect rendering of a hedge-apple, which is the product of a trash tree that grows wild in Texas.

That thing looks like some sort of evil worm-infested parasite apple. I'd never eat it.

It's not edible. It's closer to the citrus family than apple. Imagine a softball-sized orange that's 90% peel, and you'll have it. The peel is extremely thick and hard and leathery.

It also gives off the same oils as an orange peel, which makes it a reasonably effective at keeping bugs away if you leave a few in your attic.
