is it possible to make game with "realistic" 3d models using c/c++?
Most commercial games are writtn in C/C++, so of course it''s possible. The quality of the models isn''t really related to the language, though. It depends on your modellers (both the people and the program). If you can get good models, and you write code to load them and display them quickly, then your game will have good models. There is no support built into the language for games, or models or anything though. C/C++ is as good as any (better some might say) to program 3d games in.
