Which one is better between Visual Basic and Delphi in general game programming? Direct X? 3D? RPG?

Delphi compiles better, VB plays with COM more easily. If you want to get that extra 2% performance, it''s easier to optimize in Delphi. IMO the difference isn''t big enough to justify switching from one language to the other. Use the one you know best.
