Merge/Integrate Nvidia Gameworks features like FleX into the current build of Unreal 4.25

Hey everyone, i need some help with integrating Nvidia Gameworks features like FleX, Blast, Hairworks into the Current Build of Unreal. I currently have FleX working on 4.19 which is just a clone from Nvidia/UnrealEngine From github. I was told i could simply copy the files of flex then place them into the source folder of my UE4.25 source build but i am afraid overwriting them will be a problem. Should i go the other way round?? have UE4.25 overwrite FleX??

I just need some advice on how to go about this??? Can someone help me please? i would truly appreciate it. I think i can work through fixing any code errors in the IDE, i just need to know where to begin.

Here's an image explaining what i was told to do. but should i do this?
