I really don't see how they can sell this so cheap? I guess they are counting on you buying the iOS module?

Either way, a great but for $6 bucks. Just getting the source code for Super Crate Box will be fun enough.

Wow, it's listed for $150 on their website! (More expensive than it used to be since it includes Mac and Ubuntu now). They regularly have sales for it, but including it in a humble bundle is impressive.

They must be betting that people will buy modules (there are a lot of them), or simply want more people using GameMaker to lead to more future sales from other people.

Well either way, I think it's a great buy for a Ludum Dare tool.

Was going to post this as well, a fantastic price for gamemaker pro and a bunch of source code to boot. (plus games)

I suppose I should post this deal for RPGmakerVX ACE, Game character Hub, Gameguru and content packs here as well:

Well, when they have to compete with 'free'...

Yeah, I've been using Game Maker for six weeks now, and although it's really great for getting something running quick, there are so many problems I would never pay for it. In fact, I can't imagine using it when Unity and Unreal 4 are available. But I'm sticking with it until the next Ludum dare. Maybe I'll change my mind, but I don't think so.

Can anyone tell me why GM is so bad it's not worth paying for?
