Is working design at a AAA company worth 12 hour work days 6 days a week
12Hs a day? Monday to saturday!? F dat shiat dude!

Ran away, hell, think of it as a contribution! If the company imposes such work conditions and people keep signing in, they have no incentive at all to respect they employees.

Public transport?!? sounds like socialism to me....

lol "public" transport? More like Marxist transport!

12 hours a day, 6 days/week is enough information to not sign up. Only if you missunderstood the "if studio cannot reach milestone, you will have to sleep in work" attempt. Anyway, becouse of "title by title" lifetime of game industry, the game industry is not a good place to work at. Unless you have equity out of your work, since in my experience, many many game studios are a group of programmers with equity distributed to each of them, making big shot studios outsorced contracts, or their own titles. What you are entering, seems, a slavery bsht without any reasonable compensation out of it. You should inspect what is going on in that company, what salaries are , how long people work in there, and so on. But let me advice you, do not think twice, but thrice, before leaving your curent job in this very case.
