Anyway, becouse of "title by title" lifetime of game industry, the game industry is not a good place to work at. Unless you have equity out of your work, since in my experience, many many game studios are a group of programmers with equity distributed to each of them, making big shot studios outsorced contracts, or their own titles. What you are entering, seems, a slavery bsht without any reasonable compensation out of it. You should inspect what is going on in that company, what salaries are , how long people work in there, and so on. But let me advice you, do not think twice, but thrice, before leaving your curent job in this very case.
