My dream mmo

I was thinking if you could breed in an online game and actually see the womans stomach get bigger and stuff , and the pregnancy would be 9 months in game time , then after the baby is born you would be able to teach it stuff and watch him or her grow , it sort of would be like a family mmo where the server holds all the family information but there would be the case where you have to survive , such as killing animals and cooking them , defending your home from other players , that would make amazing gameplay and if i knew enough about programming i would certainly like to see it become a reality on my screen.

It's an interesting subject for a game, that of breeding and nurturing. You should take that core idea and really brainstorm it. Maybe explore beyond humans as characters? That opens up a lot of creative options.

The prego thing is weird to mix in with combat games. However I would enjoy seeing a game where I could teach a fake child too. Mega so if I could teach it by talking to it with a microphone and it could learn language and other things like a real child. I am quiet sure that falls out of the range of realitic expetations at this point on earth.
I could see one of these crafting MMOs like A Tale in the Desert and Wurm online including NPCs (of both genders, unless all characters were herms like in some pet breeding games) which would have to be obtained as mates and reproduction as sort of a crafting sim activity.

A previous project I worked on was an anthro (furry) breeding game. Animating pregnancy wasn't in our development budget (in fact, the project ended because we ran out of budget and burned out on doing everything ourselves), but it would have fit in there if we'd had the resources for it.

I also proposed a game concept as an example for some thread in the writing forum where the player was the founder of an insect-like colony, and part of expanding the colony involved breeding NPCs to get a wider variety of NPCs to carry out tasks within the colony.

I want to help design a "sandpark" MMO. Optional interactive story with quests and deeply characterized NPCs, plus sandbox elements like player-craftable housing and lots of other crafting. If you are starting a design of this type, please PM me. I also love pet-breeding games.

there are some games out there who do that, usually the graphics-part is a bit mild though.
