So how do you guys do such awsome textures? Is it just easier in Photoshop? (I use PSP7, which isn''t bad, but I can''t get really nice blending).

I made a model in Milkshape and tried to texture it myself. I successfully made a texture, but its a pretty crappy one. You can see the pic of it at the above link. As you guessed its a speedboat. I wass wondering if i or someone else reading this could use these grafics in our games. Can you please include copyright information?

The author (or artist) of any work is automatically has a lawful copyright on his or her work upon completion. So unless you get express written consent from an artist to you his work in your game, you can be sued.

I known that the photographer have the rights only when put a "sign" in some corners. In arts can be the same.
