Visual C++ 2010 - i think it is a very good improve-ment over 2008, but then again that is my opinion
and WinXP x64.
(looking at getting Win7 x64 some time in the near future...)

I use winXP plus the ol' goodie MSVC6.0. the first and (could be) the last compiler Id ever love...
I seriously hope you're joking ...
I would have expected the Mac percentage to be higher, and Linux lower.
Programmers aren't the average user and Linux has a fairly high installed marketshare in general. (Especially if you count VM installations)
i spend roughly 90% of my time using Windows, however on my four newest machines i got 2 Windows installations and 4 Linux installations (2 of those Linux installations are acting as servers, one is a virtual machine and one is a dual boot that is only used occasionally for testing when the VM isn't cutting it), The same is probably true for quite many developers.
Mac on the other hand is more problematic for us to use, we have to buy a brand new machine for that (To run Linux you just have to download VirtualBox and a premade image and you're good to go so i'm actually surprised that its not higher), If this had been a single choice poll 1-5% would be expected though.
The voices in my head may not be real, but they have some good ideas!
I seriously hope you're joking ...[/quote]I have a boxed copy of MSVC6.0, still sealed in it's original plastic shrink-wrap, for the sentimental value....
