Quite. But keep in mind that just recently there was some study that said that teenagers were drinking less alcohol and smoking cigarettes less, but were using more marijuana, and pretty much everyone in the media and politics that I heard seemed to think that this was a bad thing. I don't think the law has the right priorities pertaining to this sort of thing. Maybe that will change some time, but for now I'm just going to accept that it doesn't make sense.
I don't smoke marijuana, either, but it's just the logic of the whole thing that bothers me.
