Facial Morph, 3D Studio Max, DirectX Export
I start up 3d studio max. I import two head models with the same exact vertex counts. One head model is a smile the other head model is a neutral look. I apply a morph modifier to the neutral head and then load the smile head model. Now I can morph the head model to & from a smile and do the "auto key" and create a smile animation.
So everything is cool so far right?
I export the selected head model with the morph modifier on it as a direct X (.x file). When I import it into my game engine the morph animation just doesn't play. Anyone know why?
Anyone have any idea?
