Can you use Vue Esprit terrains in games? I've searched on gamedev but all could find was info on LOTUS ESPRITs, not quite what i was looking for.

i never used that modeling app, but if it supports rendering out the terrain into a hieghtmap then yes you can. simply make your terrain in vue, render to heightmap, place hieghtmap in game... and there you go.
if you mean use the terrain mesh... well if it doesn't do anything special with the terrian i don't see why not, however having a straightup mesh for the terrain will give a big performance hit.

Generally not because Vue is a very high-poly terrain / environment modeller. It's used more commonly by 3d artists who make those award-winning landscapes, and by some movie makers.
