Does one exist? Ideally it would support BeOS as well as Windows (fat chance.. BeoS has pretty minimal support). Anyways, I guess I could use GLUT, but I''d really prefer not to as its not really designed for what I need. I''m making a multiplayer Bridge game, and in an ideal world it''ll run on both Win32 and BeOS. I''m think a GUI class library thats cross-platform will make my life about 100x easier. If not, then I''ll be writing my own sort of minimal class lib for BeOS/win32 that I will give away if anyone wants it.

You could just go here and pick AbiWord, GTK+, Lightweight, ZooLib (looks amazing) and probably other ones I forgot about.
You might want to try wxWindows. I think this one rocks. Or you might want to try V IDE from www.objectcentral.com .

So far, none of them support BeOS, but seeing that they''re so crossplatform, you might be able to port it to BeOS easily.
