Where do get the file-structure of the bsp- quake II files???

Flipcode has a good overview of the quake 2 .bsp format. The tutorial itself is located here.

Also, you can find the quake 1 sources from ID which have good code for handling quake 1 bsp''s (and not too much changed in between the versions).
