DirectPlay Message Handler in Visual C++
I've been developing a small game, in which the mechanics are similar to Gauntlet, for my school project in Visual C++. I've managed to get my client and server programs to detect each other using DirectPlay, but I'm not sure how to send and receive messages and how the message handler works. Can anyone give me a quick overview, please? :) There isn't much in the way of DirectPlay documentation and tutorials on the internet, from what I've seen...
