In the present times it''s easy to find good 3D information but when it comes to 2D it''s hard to even have someone replying your questions How can Radial blur beacomplished and how can it be made fast enough for realtime application? Thanx you A.J.

I would use a procedural texture with turbulence.

Should be fast enough if you have a couple of objects beign blurred per frame.
