Slightly ironic that this article also doesn't have an image. =)
I added the relevant image and tags to this page, in an effort to reduce the irony.
Sadly, this is currently on the front page, and the front page hasn't updated to include the image...
What about minor lapses in English, especially by non-native English speakers? I've seen a few good articles that I abstained from moderating for this reason. My view is that as long as it's understandable, forcing them to fix minor language issues may be overly onerous (unless someone helps them syntax/grammar review it).
My view as well. Grammar is hard for non-native speakers and it's also sometimes hard for me to fix their grammar during editing without mistakenly altering what they are actually trying to say. You should never abstain from moderation for bad english/grammar. If it's bad enough that you can't understand what the author is trying to convey, that's what the unclear/incomplete rejection is for. If it's just bad grammar but you can still understand, then if it's technically accurate review it as such and leave a note for the author with suggested improvements to the writing. Never a reason not to moderate.
Things to look for when approving articles for review
So if it promotes a particular product do we mark it as "no: spam"?
