Soundfonts for the soundfont-disabled?

I just moved in with my gf on the other side of the country, and I gasped in terror when I realized that her computer''s soundcard is a plain ol'' Soundblaster 16 so I can''t use any of my soundfonts to continue my music stuff (until I buy my own computer, which is probably only a month from now, but still I''m on a bit of a musical roll here and I don''t want it interrupted.) Anyone know of a software driver that can get a Soundblaster 16 to use soundfonts like an Sb Live?
Maybe this will help.

Good luck.

I think mod plug tracker can load up sound fonts without actualy requiring sound font hardware (but I don''t know). And it''s free and can import and export MIDI.

Reason can also load sound fonts (if you have a crap load of money to spare).
