Hi, Im Osmius Team Leader of the MMORPG in construction "Talaus". We are currently in the "Concept" phase and are starting to come up with the final idea of this Epic game. Concept Drawings and plans are all pulling together, but we are lacking some staff in certain areas. We dont have enough Coders, 3D Modelers and Skin/Texture Artists. But at the moment the main area we are looking at is 3D Modelers. And what if we just know Lightwave, what then? You gonna make us learn those other programs instead of just coverting the file?

With requirements that strict, this must be a paying job, right?
