Nowadays there is 3d max r 6. Very nice and nifty, but very expensive. I''m looking for 3dmax r3 or r4, but they don''t seem to be for sale anymore. Does anyone have any links or ideas where I might find a previous version? Greetz Mike Look at all the pretty colours!

You can buy a old 3dmax version in sites like ebay (used).
But you must be alert, because someone can sell a version upgraded and this version cannot be sold. (is the same to buy a warez version)

In fact, i buy (last month), autocad 2004 and it''s a upgrade from autocad 2000. Then my old version, autocad 2000 is good for nothing.
