How about a splitter box? Check out CompUSA or any good computer accessories shop!

Ex: DKVM-8E 8-Port Stackable KVM Switch (allows to access 8 servers with on set of monitor/screen/mouse) and it is stackable so you can access up to 64 machines by cascading the connections.

It is possible to make each node a ''remote bootable'' station and thus avoid the problems associated with cloning. Each machine uses its local hard disk for swapping only and everything else comes from a remote boot file server. This is easy with Unix flavors and the proper network cards; I''ve been told that it is also possible with Windows XP/Server but I''ve never seen such a setup. If you are worry about the file server performance on the local net, then you can use a sledgehammer NAS instead of a conventional server (see www.max-t.com for more info).
