I need a alarm sound for my app, but I have no idea on how to make one. Any ideas?

sure. your typical alarm sound has a continuous rising, falling, or rising and falling tone, right.. take your basic waveform (to taste) and apply an lfo with a sawtooth or other shape to the pitch..
