The Mario Party series...Hot-diggity damn. Mario Party 1 & 2 when played with 4 people is the 2nd best (second to SSB:Melee) multiplayer game...Goldeneye is good too...but there are no mini-games in that.

Extreme Beach Volleyball is a pretty cool dating sim, but that volleyball minigame they have where you can earn money is pretty fun, too.

Arcade Volleyball! The original, not the knock-offs.

[EDIT] It's similar to "Slime-Ball" for those online game freaks.

[EDIT2] IDEA: Program which loads different mini-games like plug-ins and lets you play them. Hmm, reminds me of emulation. You'd have to either use DLLs, or make a script engine.....
