I''m planning to get an account at www.mp3.com for all the mp3s i''ve written... The problem remains... I can''t really understand the MP3.COM SUBMISSION AGREEMENT document (5 printed a4). It''s confusing as hell Anyway... Part 1 is the most confusing, as it makes it sound as if ALL mp3s i upload are subject to the Standard Program, and therefore counts as Standard Material. The problem i have with this is that according to the MP3.CSA i will, by uploading mp3s, give them the right to do whatever they want with those files. Actually... If you read it in a less serious tone some of the passages are quite funny. Especially this one; To think that so much text can say so little. "This Agreement sets forth the entire understanding and agreement of the parties as to this Agreement''s subject matter and supersedes all prior proposals, discussions or agreements with respect to such subject matter" Hell the first time i read it i laughed
Try http://www.mp3.com.au - it''s a lot easier to use and it''s a lot faster too. Most of my tracks were accepted with in 8-12 hours of uploading (compared to MP3.com which they can take up to a week)

Give them a try
