The portable game game
Imagine a hand-held game in which you had to pass the game from person to person, in order to find out how to beat it. Each person would have to do something unique, to test whether the game was becoming more stable or unstable and act accordingly then pass it to the next person. There could be two teams, the first one to win would get to control how the other one played the game.
Uuugh... a little *too* abstract for my taste, sorry...

Umm, what exactly would stop me from pretending to be two different people just to keep playing the game myself?
And I''d rather a game where we were playing cooperatively at the same time, via link cable, than "hand offs". I personally don''t see the fun factor in playing part of a level area, then having to hand off the game to someone else to finish off.
A better variant would have us playing simultaneously, working on different puzzles in order to complete a larger mission. That, combined with team play, would work better.
