I don''t think there is a finished one, but there are several in development. You can check out their websites, and maybe ask for tips on how to make one on their respective messageboards?

Here''s one downloadable with full source code called Jump-Point Ion. It''s using some old (DX6 or older) version of DirectX, but I think it works.
