Does anyone out there know of a place to get a hold of free game assets. I am using them for a school project. I don''t need excellent stuff just some space ships, stuff like that, preferably in bitmap format. Thanks

Go to Freezone Freeware. Look in the Graphics sections. They also have a link to Raytracing programs, which has links to free models. I also have some links to free sound fx and free textures if you want them.
