In the Windows 95 version of paint, when u paste something to the bitmap, and have the second pen color as black, all the black in the pasted layer is Color keyed to the pixels in the background. This is VERY useful when putting various objects in a background, or putting a grid over your sprite frames. But in Win2000 this doesnt happen! it stays black! Is it just my machine, or does this happen in all copies of Win2K? I have an intel i740 8MB AGP card, with Win2K drivers.

Actually there''s an option to switch that off and on. Just go under the Options menu and see if you have "Draw Opaque" turned on. (Works in NT4 anyway, tell us if that works or if it''s really a bug...)

You''re right, the Draw Opaque setting in paint is defaulted to Ticked everytime u load paint. doh. Wander if there is a way to keep it unticked? In Win95 its always unticked. Oooshed.
