I''ve run into an interesting problem. When I use FlightSimulator 2002 multiplayer AND I host a session - I don''t see the first player in nor can he see me. I see the banner that he''s joined the session, he''s in the chat window, I just don''t see his name and vice versa. All other players I can see, they can see me and they can see each other. Now, another strange part, if I join a session - I see everyone and viceversa. System is Athlon1.4/Asus A7m266/256M/GeForce2 video card. Running DSL PPPoE on a Linksys BEFSR41 router under W98SE. I have ports 47624, 2300-2400 open for TCP/IP & UDP. I haven''t tried doing a clean boot and seeing if there''s a thrird party app that''s causing a prot problem but I''ll get to that ASAP. Does ANYONE have any insight into what might be causing this. It''s not life or death but it IS really frustrating. Thanx, Vic Baron

I do not know what causes that problem, but perhaps you should report it to Microsoft as a bug instead.

I did and they are aware pf the problem with multiplayer thru NAT firewalls. They''re giving me different things to try.
