MFC/Windows GUI Book?

Does anyone know of a book that teaches MFC and/or normal GUI for windows? I need it to NOT use MSVC++, because I use CodeWarrior. I have yet to find a single source that is for general compilers or for Codewarrior... Plz help! I have a self imposed deadline for a game that is set for June, and it needs some stuff like textboxes and dialogs... (not messagebox... doesn''t do variables)

The book "Programming Windows 95 with MFC" is great for this... It teaches MFC without the need of MSVS++ or the Class Wizard.
