I''ve got a friend learning C++ and she understands the theory just fine, but needs some practice doing the actual coding. Aside from doing ALL the exercises in all the books (my suggestion) are there any websites with, like, exercises and challenges for beginning programmers? I''m thinking like those cheesy workbooks I used in high school.
