1) All linux distrubutions (usually) comes with the full kernel source code (www.linux.org)
2) FreeBSD (www.freebsd.org)
3) NetBSD (www.netbsd.org)
4) FreeDOS (www.freedos.org)

And some more UNIX systems probably...
