I was always somewhat baffled by the game ''Giant Killers''. Maybe it is just me, but when I see a game called ''Giant Killers'' I expect it to invole killing giants, presumably in some sort of RPG format. However, this game is in fact a football game.
I think giant killers is some sort of footballing expression. But since I have zero interest in football, I have no idea what it means, or where it came from.
