Skinning max 4
ok i dunno if i posted this before, but where can i find tuts on skinning and uvw mapping, is ther any easy ways to do either of these, or is it all manually done?
Unless you buy a copy of deep paint 3d, you'll have to do it the hard way ^_^...
I use a mixture of breaking up my model and then flatterning all the parts out so they can be planner mapped (which i then morph back into the original shape and weld together), and tweaking there UVW in UVWunwrap after wards to get them almost 100% right.
