Anyone have any experience with genomics? Which languages / libraries did you use?

Someone pointed the FinnGen data out to me. Unfortunately, it costs money to have access to the data, and so my application to access the data will likely be declined because I told them I cannot afford to pay money.

I have zero experience with genomics.
