Soon 10 year software developer looking for 1-2 co-creators that can bring passion and skills to the table. I've been creating on my spare time on and off since I first started programming. I now feel like I have an idea worth realising in to a final product and thought I'd probe this forum for like-minded. Me, I'm passionate about games and enjoy the process of making them, yet the objective here is to release the game on a platform and make money of of it. Using common sense I'm sure we can get along with a payment/payroll method that suits everone involved. Worth noting, I'm working full-time as a software designer at one of the biggest industries in Sweden, so I'm not financially depending on this. And to be clear, I will not take any financial risks like paying out salaries for this work. Meaning, we will only get paid if the product sells.
