on a little bit of a game I''m doing. Visit my site, and Phoenix Flames is the name. site
theres not exactly a lot of information there, the screenshots of your tile engine look promising, although the graphics need major work. I wouldn´t focus too much on creating rendered scenes, the count for nothing in the finished game and just take away time.

The screen shots look interesting, and very good. I actually like the graphics!

It reminds me of the game "Blood Omen: Legacy of Kain"

That was one of the greatest games! You may want to check it out. (Its 2D/Isometric with some 3D rendered scenes.)

There is absolute NO information about the GD of ''Phoenix Flames'' in neither your post nor on the website.

My opinion on your project is, you should go and get yourself an gfx artist (redo the interface AT ONCE). The rest seems to be ok.

Hehe, I''ve noticed that the guy who did the voice for Kain, is also the same guy who did the voice for Drizzt in Baldur''s Gate. Neat uh?

well, the engine is actually made by tyrone lee. Also, one reason it looks so crappy, is because I only started making games a little while ago, and jsut got 3d studio max. Also, I''m 14, so I haven''t really had much experience.
