Somewhere along the line the CD to my copy of ShaderX5 went missing (almost certainly loaned out at some point and not returned). Yes, the book is somewhat ancient in GFX terms, but there are a few things I'd like to reference the implementation of. I have searched online high and low to no avail, and I can't quite muster the enthusiasm to buy a (another) new copy for $150(!) to guarantee I get the CD (most used copies don't guarantee CD included).

Anyone know if this has been released in some legit place I'm unaware of? I know the earlier ones (ShaderX 1 - 3) got released for free some time back. DM if you prefer.
