Hi, I was wondering when we use dimetric projection, how much percentage-wise do the sides shorten or lengthen.
For example, if the object of projection is a cube, and after transforming the base, we want to use original dimension for the vertical length, what is the relation between a and a* (in percentage). In the second image the a* is somewhere around 90% of a's length. But if anyone knows if that's not correct, what should be a more appropriate correlation?
