I'm trying to remember the name of a game that was around from about approximately 2000-2005. I'm pretty sure it was a Flash game. From memory each game had five players and it was set in a school yard and for each turn, you could choose to either pick on one of the other players, defend yourself, or tattle to the teacher. If you bullied someone and they didn't defend, you get a point. If someone bullies you, and you defended, you get a point. If you tattle, you get a point for every bully, but lose points if nobody bullies.
The game was really fun until people started using team chat software to be able to team up against other players.
