Hey everyone.

Rookie sound designer/composer here.

I just discovered procedural audio and I'd like to learn how to use it for a college project. How steep is the learning curve for someone with absolutely zero programming/coding skills?

Can anyone recommend someone online resources to get started?

You should have a look at PureData and the book Designing Sound by Andy Farnell.

PureData is a visual language that lets you generate complicated wave forms from the most basic building blocks... Designing Sound is the perfect companion, and discusses Pure Data in depth :)
