Start out by reading the faq sections, and good luck on the path of game development!

Everyone has ideas.

Now write them down, and even better, turn them into games yourself (or at least prototypes/concepts).

Then come back and brag about them (or better, put them on Steam or the XBOX digital storefront and sell them / find partners or investors here or on kickstarter to turn your prototype into a full game).

Ideas are not worth a penny without a good execution of the idea.
